1. Acceptance

 

By registering your child for a Brainifique workshop (“Service”), you accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your child.

 

2. Services

 

Format: max 3-hour Saturday STEM workshops ( 8:30 - 11:30 or 14–17) for max. 15 children.

Location: Vaud (Ch Beau-Rivage 2, Lausanne 1006).

Content: Hands-on projects inspired by KiwiCo (e.g., robotics, chemistry, engineering).

Take-home: Each child keeps their built project.

 

3. Registration & Payment

Fees                        CHF 100–150 per child per session (incl. materials). Multi-session packs: 5%–10% discount.

Payment                 TWINT, bank transfer, or invoice (due 7 days before session).

Confirmation          Sent by email upon payment. No refund after confirmation.

Capacity                 First-come, first-served. Waitlist available.

 

4. Cancellation & Refunds

By Brainifique (e.g., instructor illness)           Full refund or reschedule.

 

5. Health & Safety

 

• Parents must disclose allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral needs on the registration form.
• Workshops follow SUVA youth safety guidelines.
• Ratio: 1 adult : 7 children minimum.
• First aid kit and trained staff on-site.
• Emergency protocol: Parents contacted immediately; ambulance if needed.

 

6. Conduct

 

Children must follow instructor instructions.

Disruptive behavior → warning → removal (no refund).

Parents are responsible for pickup on time (max. 15 min grace; CHF 20 late fee thereafter).

 

7. Photos & Media

 

Separate opt-in consent required for photos/videos.

Usage: website,Facebook, Instagram, flyers (faces blurred if no consent).

Revoke anytime → immediate removal.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

Workshop designs © Brainifique.

Children may photograph their own projects for personal use.

No commercial reproduction without written permission.

 

9. Liability

 

We carry public liability insurance (CHF 5M) and SUVA accident coverage.

Parents remain responsible for their child’s actions.

Force majeure (e.g., pandemic closure): credit or refund pro-rata.

 

10. Governing Law

 

Swiss law, exclusive jurisdiction: Tribunal d’arrondissement de Lausanne.
